摘  要:从1999年4月创办宁波大学科学技术学院至今,浙江独立学院正好走过了10年,经历了三个发展阶段,在规范办学、灵活采用合作办学模式、走特色化发展道路等方面形成了自己鲜明的办学特质。浙江独立学院10年办学之路为中国高等教育改革提供了具有浙江特色的基本经验,即坚持以"浙江精神"为办学指引,采用渐进式改革模式,确保地方政府与高等学校良性互动,推动高等学校与社会/市场优势互补,最终实现外延增长与内涵发展同步并举。It has been 10 years since the establishment of Science and Technology College, Ningbo University in April, 1999. During this period, independent colleges in Zhejiang province have got through three developing stages. They evolved some distinguishing features, such as regular operation, flexible cooperative models of school-running, distinctive developing styles, etc. The developing process of independent colleges in Zhejiang provides some feasible experience for higher education reform in China, which is running colleges with the direction of Zhejiang Spirit, adopting the progressive reforming mode, keeping good interaction between local governments and colleges, promoting colleges and society/market to share mutual complementary advantages, and achieving the targets of quantity expansion and quality improvement ultimately.
