摘　　要：本文分析了城乡在物质环境建设条件方面的差异，阐述了城乡系统协调发展的基本目标模式下城乡建设的基本目标和原则，并对农村城市化的量化指标体系进行了探讨．By analyzing differences of conditions in physical environmental construction between city and countryside, this article expounds basic goal and principles of construction under the aim of harmonious development in city and countryside. It also discusses the system of scalar norm of urbanization in countryside in China.
