摘  要:青岛中绵针织有限公司印染废水治理工程采用总程平衡治理技术处理含有大量活性染料的印染废水,两年多的实际运行结果表明,印染废水总程平衡治理技术较传统的末端治理技术,具有明显的技术经济优势。该技术在降低建设费用、提高处理效率的前提下,可节省混凝剂用量65%、电耗15%、营养盐20%。Abstract The assembly balancing treatment is a new technology by which the wastewater which is discharged from intermittent producing was let to dual system through test and balance calculation. The ultimate aim is to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency. This new technology has been successfully used in the dyeing wastewater treatment facilities in Qingdao Zhongmian Knitting Co. Ltd., in which a great quantity of activated dye in the wastewater was removed. The two years operation shows that it is much better than the traditional terminal treatment technologically and financially. while reducing construction cost and improving pollutant remove efficiency, 65% coagulant, 15% power supply and 20% nutritious salt was saved.
