摘　　要：探讨控制工程造价的策略与方法,认为在建筑设计阶段利用价值工程原理,积极推行限额设计,严格控制设计变更,加强、推广设计监理等措施,是有效控制工程造价和实现目标值与实际值最小偏离的重要方法.据此,对开封市安泰嘉苑经济适用房的工程造价进行了实例剖析.Strategies and methods of controlling construction project cost are discussed here. It is argued here that using value engineering principles, actively implementing the design limit, strictly controlling the design change and strengthening and promoting design and supervision are effective measures to control project cost and to achieve the smallest deviation between the target value and the actual value. Accordingly, the project cost of Kaifeng＇ Antaijiayuan affordable housing is analyzed as an example.
