摘 要:将超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)和淀粉酶(α-AMY)置于真空环境中不同时间,测试真空对超氧化物歧化酶、辣根过氧化物酶和α-淀粉酶活性的影响。不同真空处理时间对酶蛋白活性有不同影响,在处理时间为3~15min范围,超氧化物歧化酶、辣根过氧化物酶和α-淀粉酶相对活性基本上都呈降低的趋势。因此,在离子注入生物效应的研究中,应该考虑真空对生物体所产生的影响。After the superoxide dismutase (SOD), horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and a-Amylase (α--AMY) were treated in vacuum for different time, the effect of vacuum on the activities of SOD, HRP and a-AMY was studied. The results showed that the different treating time in vacuum affects the activity of zymoprotein diffently, and that if the time is in the range from 3 to 15min the relative activities of all the three enzymes tend to going down. A conclusion is therefore drawn that the effect of vacuum on biosomes should be taken into consideration when studying the biological effect due to ion implantation.
