舰载武器系统基座水平偏差修正方法研究

摘  要:舰载武器系统基座是舰艇目标探测单元及火力发射单元的安装平台,其结构强度、水平精度直接影响武器系统的作战效能.舰载武器系统安装、调试前,要对基座的水平度进行测量、调试,方法是用象限仪或电子水平仪测量,用垫片修正水平误差.这种方法对调试环境要求苛刻,且费时、费力,实施难度大.本文提出了采用曲线拟合基座测量点水平偏差的离散数据,找出基座平面偏差的系统误差,并在火控系统解算中射击诸元从稳定瞄准角到不稳定瞄准角变换时加以修正的方法,可提高修正精度、缩短调试时间.The foundation of carrier-based weapon system is the platform where the target-detective element and the firepower-launched element are installed. The structure strength and horizontal precision of the foundation affect the combat effectiveness of weapon system directly. Before installing and debugging the weapon system, the horizontal degree needs to be measured. The quadrant or the electron-gradienter was usually used for measurement and the spacer was usually for adjusting horizontal error. This method was rigorous and wasteful. In this paper, we use the curve fitting method to fit the discrete data of horizontal deviation on the foundation, and find the systemic error of the horizontal deviation. The fire control data, which is calculated by fire control system, is adjusted when it changes from the stabilized collimation angle into the unstabilized collimation angle. The result shows that the new method improves the adjusted precision and shortens the debugging time.
