Overview of the Development of Material Processing Technology from Previous International Conferences on Technology of Plasticity

摘  要:国际塑性加工会议是素有材料加工界"奥林匹克"之称的盛会,至今已开了九届。会议比较集中而迅速地反映了材料加工技术的进步。着重介绍近几届会议所反映出的塑性加工技术的一些新进展,包括以下几方面:通过边凝固边轧制得到约1~3mm厚的铸轧坯,这可大幅度降低后续轧板的变形量与能耗;新研发的强度超过1000MPa的高强钢,延伸率已达60%;管材液压成形技术,已用于汽车构件制造;温锻工艺,可实现中碳钢和合金钢零件的精确成形;板材热冲压技术,可使材料强度提高3倍;多点三明治成形,这是一种离散模具成形,可以用同一套模具生产形状不同但尺寸相近的工件;封闭壳体无模液压胀形,这是一种柔性高且省力的成形技术;全过程、多尺度数值模拟技术,可以得到加工、处理全过程的宏观尺寸与微观组织的信息。International Conference on Technology of Plasticity is considered as the Olympics in the material processing field. It has been held 9 times. The conferences collectively and immediately show the technological progress of material plastic processing. Several developments of material plastic processing revealed by the recent conferences are introduced in this paper. Those developments include: the thickness of casting - rolling steel strip produced by CSP - process ( Continuous Strip Production) reaches 1 - 3 mm, which markedly decreases the deformation and energy consumption of rolling ; the newly developed high strength steel is characterized by the combination of over 1 000 MPa strength and 60% elongation; tube hydroforming process is applied in automotive component manufacturing; parts made of mild steel or alloy steel can be precisely formed by warm forging; the strength of sheets is increased by three times through hot stamping process; multi -point sandwich forming is a new discrete die forming technology, making it possible to manufacture parts of different shapes with similar dimensions by using one die set; closed shell dieless hydro -bulging is a process characterized with high flexibility, energy saving and less - loading; the dimension and microstructure of forming and processing can be determined by multi - scale and multi - physic numerical simulation.
