摘  要:概述了冶金渣的产生、分类,以及渣处理对钢铁企业节能减排的影响,分析了影响渣处理工艺的关键因素。简要介绍高炉渣处理技术及应用,重点介绍转炉渣处理技术的几种典型工艺及其特点。针对转炉熔渣的性质和传统工艺所面临的技术困境,阐述了宝钢BSSF技术的工艺原理、特点和技术优势。最后就冶金渣处理技术的发展方向进行了思考与展望。An overview of the generation and classification of metallurgical slag and its impact on energy - saving and emission reduction in metallurgical industry, as well as an analysis of the key influencing factors on slag treatment technology are provided. This paper also briefly introduces blast furnace slag processing technology and its application, and focuses on several typical steelmaking slag processing technologies and their features. In view of the characteristics of BOF slag and the technical difficulties faced by traditional processes, this paper elaborates the principle, features and technical advantages of the BSSF steelmaking treatment process developed by Baosteel. In the end,the thinking on and outlook of the direction of metallurgical slag processing technology development are provided.
