摘  要:目的:探讨脑星形细胞肿瘤1H-MRS代谢物含量的变化及其与微血管密度(MVD)间的相关性。方法:应用Siemens Sonata 1.5T超导型MR成像系统对41例脑星形细胞肿瘤患者进行常规MR扫描及MRS检查,低级别组18例,高级别组23例。对其中28例进行了MVD的免疫组化染色。所有病例均经手术病理证实。磁共振波谱学检查采用4通道正交头部专用线圈3D-CSI序列扫描,比较分析不同级别间Cho/Cr、Cho/NAA和Lac/Cr等代谢物含量情况。结果:星形细胞瘤高低级别组间Cho/Cr,Cho/NAA和MVD差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。低级别组脑星形细胞肿瘤5例出现Lac峰,无Lip峰。高级别组21例出现Lac峰,11例出现Lip峰。Lac/Cr比值与MVD计数间均存在正相关关系(r=0.64)。结论:1H-MRS代谢物含量与MVD间有良好的相关性,磁共振波谱学检查能够为星形细胞肿瘤治疗方案的制定提供更多信息。Objectlve:To explore changing of multi-voxel 1 H-MRS (MV 1 H-MRS) metabolite contents and their rehfionship with mi- crovessel density (MVD) in astrocytomas. Methods:A total of 41 cases of astrocytomas were examined with MV 1 H-MRS and routine MILl. MVD was detected in 28 patients with immunohistochemieal method. All eases (high grade group with 18 cases and low grade group with 23 cases) were histologically proved by operation. MRS images were acquired with 3D-CSI sequence with four-way junction head coil.Results:There was statistical difference between two groups of astrocytimas in Cho/Cr, Cho/NAA and MVD. Lae peak appeared in 5 cases of low grade and 21 cases of high grade astrocytomas, and 11 cases with high-grade astroeytomas appeared Lip peak. Positive lin- ear correlation was found obviously between Lae/Cr with MVD. The correlation eoeffieieny was 0.64. Conclusion: MV 1 H-MRS metabo- lite contents correlate well with MVD in astrocytomas. MV 1 H-MRS can provide more information in making treatment plan of the tumor.
