摘 要:以工业TiOSO_4为原料,分别通过水解法和胶溶法制备载银纳米TiO_2抗菌竹炭。采用XRD和SEM对样品进行了表征,研究了不同载银量、煅烧温度、TiO_2/C和竹炭粒径对抗菌率的影响。结果表明,水解法制备的抗菌竹炭的抗菌效果优于胶溶法制备的抗菌竹炭,控制载银量、煅烧温度、TiO_2/C、竹炭粒径分别为2%、500℃、2%、200目时,水解法制备的抗菌竹炭抗菌率最佳;控制载银量、煅烧温度、TiO_2/C、竹炭粒径分别为3%、500℃、3%、200目时,胶溶法制备的抗菌竹炭抗菌率最佳。The nano Ag-TiO2-doped bamboo charcoal is prepared by hydrolysis and sobgel method with industrial titanic solution respectively. The samples prepared are then characterized using XRD and SEM. The effects of loading silver concentration,calcination temperature, TiO2/C ratio and particle size of bamboo charcoal on the rate of sterilization are investigated. The results show that the antibacterial function of Ag-TiO2-doped bamboo charcoal obtained by hydrolysis is better than that obtained by sol-gel method. The optimal parameters of preparing Ag-TiO2- doped bamboo charcoal obtained by hydrolysis are 2% of Ag/TiO2,500% for thermal treatment, 2% of TiO2/C, 200 mesh of bamboo charcoal particle size. The optimal parameters of preparing Ag-TiO2-doped bamboo charcoal obtained by sol-gel method are 3 % of Ag/TiO2, 500℃ for thermal treatment, 3 % of TiO2/C, 200 mesh of bamboo charcoal particle size.
