摘　　要：当前,以法群形态为特征的国内自然资源法律体系存在不少弊端。进一步完善自然资源立法显得十分必要,而尽快确立自然资源法的基本原则是这一立法的重心所在。要在分析自然资源法基本原则的确立标准和研究现状的基础上重构自然资源法基本原则体系。At present, there are quite a few problems in the domestic system of natural resources law which is characteristic of a series of special laws. Therefore, it is of great necessity to further improve the legislation in the field of natural resources and emphasis should be laid on the establishment of the basic principles as soon as possible. It is necessary to analyze the establishment standards and the research status of the fundamental principles of natural resources law in order to reconstruct the basic principles system of natural resources law.
