摘  要:小井眼超深短半径水平井对于老区挖潜上产、降低油田综合开采成本具有重要意义。以TK1105CH井为例,从短半径水平井施工难点、剖面设计、轨迹控制、摩阻计算、测量方式及钻井液设计等方面对超深短半径水平井技术进行了论述,并结合实钻经验给出了各阶段相应的钻具结构和技术措施。TK1105CH井的成功完钻为超深短半径水平井钻井技术积累了宝贵的经验。It is of great significance to utilize the horizontal well with short radius to enhance the oil recovery in mature regions,reconstruct the old well and reduce the exploration cost.This paper introduces the slim hole sidetracking hori-zontal well drilling technology from the aspects of the con-struction difficulties,profile design,trajectory control,fric-tion calculation,the selection of measuring methods and tools,as well as the design of drilling fluid of ultradeep short-radius horizontal wells.Based on drilling practice,it shows the structure of BHA and technological measures for each drilling stage.The success of TK1105CH has accumu-lated valuable experience for ultra-deep short radius hori zontal well.
