摘 要:目的探讨杀虫剂复配对现场淡色库蚊的杀灭效果,为合理有效地进行蚊虫化学防治提供依据。方法参照WHO生物测定方法和唐振华药物联合作用试验方法。结果对于DDVP、残杀威、氯氰菊酯、三氯杀虫酯4种化学杀虫剂,两种作用机制不同的杀虫剂复配对三个现场种群淡色库蚊均起到明显的杀虫增效作用,两种作用机制相同的杀虫剂复配对三个现场种群淡色库蚊均无明显的杀虫增效作用。结论作用机制不同的杀虫剂复配可对蚊虫起到明显的杀虫增效作用,作用机制相同的杀虫剂复配对蚊虫无明显的杀虫增效作用,选择杀虫效力较强的配方可提高蚊虫防治效果。Objective To study the effect of in seeticide mixtures in killing Culex pipiens pallens in the field and to provide a scientific and rational basis for the chemical prevention and control of mosquitos. Methods The WHO bioassay method and the TANG Zhen-hua drug unification test method were applied. Results Obvious pest-killing effects in 3 field populations of Culex pipiens pallens were detected by any two mixed chemical pesticides with different mechanisms (DDVP, propoxur, cypermethrin and acetofenate). No obvious pest-killing effects were observed in 3 field populations of Culex pipiens pallens by any two mixed chemical pesticides of the same mechanisms. Conclusion The obvious synergy effect was observed in the insecticide mixtures of different mechanisms, while no obvious synergy effects were observed in insecticide mixtures of same mechanisms. The formula with strong insecticidal effect can improve the effectiveness of mosquito control.
