摘　　要：本文介绍了ＳＴＵ水电厂计算机监控系统的方案、结构、应用和主要功能，说明了采用双层网络化结构并结合应用ＰＬＣ、ＲＴＵ、组态软件等技术构成的计算机监控系统的实现方法，应用实例。The basic project,structure,applications and functions of STU computerized SCADA system in hydroelectric power station is introduced.A double layer network structure was applied to this system.In accord with the application of technique such as PLC,RTU,integrated software etc., this project is a successful example in computerized SCADA system of hydroelectric power station and has proved in the realization of Luodong Hydroelectric Power Station.
