摘　　要：目的总结82例患者进行瓣膜置换术围手术期护理经验.方法术前加强心理护理,改善心肺功能.术后强化呼吸道的护理,防止肺部并发症.严密监测循环系统,及时纠正低心排和心律失常,加强抗凝监测和营养支持.结果3例早期死亡,其余均痊愈出院.结论做好重症心脏瓣膜置换术围手术期护理是提高手术成功的关键.Objective To sum up the experience drawn from 82 cases of Critically-ill patients with cardiac value replacement during perioperative period.Methods Before the operation,psychological nursing was enhanced,to improve the functions of heart and lungs.After the operation,the nursing of respiratory tract was enhanced to avoid complications of the lungs,and the circulatory system was strictly monitored,and abnormal heart beats were timely corrected.Results 3 dead.Others were successfully cured.Conclusions Good nursing results in more successful operations.
