精益施工模式下劳务层管理策略研究

摘　　要：对施工企业中管理层与劳务层分离后劳务层整体技术水平下降、建筑施工质量缺陷多的情况进行了分析,根据精益思想中对员工的要求,提出了施工企业应培养一批长期、稳定雇佣关系的高素质多面手员工作为自己的核心劳务层这一策略。Since the separation of decision-making level from labor service level in the construction enterprises, the general labor service level has declined, leading quite a lot of deficiencies to the quality of the constructed project. Based on the analysis of the situation mentioned above, it proposes that the construction enterprise should nurture and train a group of high-quality and all-round employees as its core labor forces according to the theory of Lean Construction.
