摘 要:以环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,采用酸解、共聚交联法合成了一种改性骨胶胶粘剂。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、元素分析法等对改性产物的结构进行了表征,并对其性能进行了测定。结果表明:1421.22cm-1处的C-O-C伸缩振动吸收峰证实了骨胶与环氧氯丙烷之间发生了接枝共聚反应;经环氧氯丙烷改性后的骨胶,其C(44.69%)、N(15.97%)和H(6.08%)元素含量都异于未改性骨胶,说明改性后骨胶的结构发生了变化;改性骨胶胶粘剂具有良好的粘接性能、可常温使用、适用期长、无毒环保且使用方便,其应用前景非常广阔。With epichlorohydrin as cross linker,so a modified bone glue adhesive was prepared by acid decomposing and copolymerization crosslinking methods.The structure of modified product was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and elementary analysis methods,and the performance of modified product was mensurated.The results showed that the graft copolymerization between bone glue and epichlorohydrin was proved because the stretching vibration absorption peak of C-O-C appear in 1 421.22 cm^-1.The structure change occur in bone glue which was modified by epichlorohydrin because the contents of C, N, H in modified bone glue were 44.69%, 15.97% and 6.08% respectively, namely the element contents of bone glue before and after modified were different. The application foreground of modified bone glue adhesive will be very wide because it had well bonding performance, used at room temperature, longer working life, innocuity, environment friendly and easy to use.
