HPLC法对不同来源白鲜皮中白鲜碱含量的测定

摘　　要：目的研究不同地区白鲜皮药材及饮片中白鲜碱的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent C18（150×4.6nm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-水（55∶45）;检测波长236nm。结果加样回收率为99.57%;RSD为0.51%;相关系数r=0.9999;不同地区的白鲜皮药材与白鲜皮饮片白鲜碱的含量范围为0.10～0.33mg·g^-1。结论不同地区白鲜皮药材与相应饮片白鲜碱含量基本相同。Objective To establish a HPLC method to determine the contents of Dictamnine in Cortex Dictamni in different areas. Methods Select Agilent C18（150×4.6nm,5μm）;The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water（55：45）;The detection wavelen gth was at 236nm;Results The average recovery was 99.57%;RSD=0.51%;r=0.9999.The contents of Dictamnine in Cortex Dictamni in different areas were 0.10～0.33 mg·g^-1.Conclusion Cortex Dictamni in different areas contains similar amount of Dictamnine.
