中西医结合治疗小儿慢性鼻窦炎98例

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合在小儿慢性鼻窦炎治疗中的作用。方法腺样体切除术同时接受中医药治疗结果随访半年,治愈64例（65.3%）,好转29例（29.6%）,无效5例（5.1%）,总有效率94.9%。结论中西医结合的方法,应用于小儿慢性鼻窦炎的治疗,效果较好,为治疗小儿慢性鼻窦炎提供了一条新的途径,值得参考。Objective Explore the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of chronic sinusitis in children＇s role.Meth ods Adenoidectomy, while receiving TCM treatment.Results All patients were followed up for a period of 6 months.Cured 64 cases （6 5.3%）, improved in 29 cases （29.6%）, ineffective in 5 cases （5.1%） .The total effective rate was 94.9%, No serious complicatians oc curred. Conclu- sions.Combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, used in the treatment of children with chronic sinusitis, the effect is better, for the treatment of chronic sinusitis in children provides a new way, a good reference.
