摘　　要：近几年,民办高校的招生问题已经成为备受关注和亟待解决的问题。民办高校的招生问题主要体现在两个方面:招生困难和招生行为失范。由于招生成败关系到民办高校的生死存亡,因此解决招生问题至关重要。国内学者对此进行了初步研究,比较一致地认为,破解招生问题,需要从政府及民办高校自身这两个方面入手,政府完善政策法规,加强监督管理,民办高校主动纠错,"苦练内功"、重塑形象。In recent years, enrollment issues in private colleges have become a major concern which need to be solved urgently. They are mainly in two aspects：difficulty in recruiting students and the behaviors of recruitment deviation from the norm. Because the recruitment of students matters greatly in the development of private colleges, it is very important to solve the problems in time. Under some preliminary studies, the domestic scholars believe that solving the enrollment issues needs the endeavors from both the government and private colleges themselves .The government optimizes the policies and regulations to strengthen the supervision and management, while private colleges take the initiative to error correction and make connotative efforts to
