摘  要:以电厂管道中常用的T91钢为例,在线弹性力学基础上,研究了当材料物性受高温影响而发生变化时,内径-壁厚比(RIRT)为4的中空管道中1-4阶纵向和扭转模态导波的传播特性。详细分析了在由于高温而引起材料物性变化时,各模态导波的频散特性的变化关系。研究发现,随着频厚积的增加,温度改变引起的材料物性变化,对各模态导波传播特征的影响力增强;对于1-3阶纵向和扭转模态导波,弹性模量的变化对频散曲线有着主导作用。Dispersion of T(0,1)-T(0,4) and L(0,1)-L(0,4) mode guided waves in the elastic steel T91 pipe with a ratio of inner radius to thickness(RIRT) equal to 4 has been investigated on the basis of linear elastic hypothesis, when the material property is influenced by high temperature. The disperse relationship changing for foregoing modes, which is caused by material property variation, is studied. It has been found that the variation of material property caused by temperature changing has a stronger influence on propagating characteristics with the increase of frequency-thickness product. And for 1-3 order guided waves, including longitudinal and tangential modes, the variation of elastic modulus plays an important role in influencing disperse curves.
