现代性与本土性交融:中国小康指标体系的演化、特点与反思

摘　　要：中国小康指标体系历经小康生活水平指标体系、全面建设小康社会指标体系及其修订完善三个阶段。总体有如下特点:第一,有监测、评价、预警与辅助决策功能;第二,研制主体包括政府、科研单位以及学者个人;第三,监测评价范围覆盖全国;第四,指标类型囊括经济、政治、社会、文化、生态各方面;第五,以客观指标为主;第六,适用于1990-2020年;第七,依循"基本小康"——"全面小康"的路径发展;第八,属于现代化阶段性发展指标体系。尚需进一步发展完善。The index system of Chinese well - off society has experienced a three - stage process of development ： the well - off living standard index system, the index system for building the well - off society in an all - around way, and its revision. Generally, it is characterized by the following features： first, it has the functions of monitoring, evaluating, precaution and aid in decision making ; second, it is formulated by a variety of subjects including the government, research institutes and scholars; third, its scope of monitoring and evaluating covers the whole country; fourth, the indexes covers such aspects as economy, politics, society, culture, ecology, etc. ; fifth, most indexes are objective ; sixth, it is applicable from 1990 to 2020 ; seventh, it complies with the path from ＂well - off in the main＂ to ＂well - off in an - around way＂ ; and eighth, it is an index system of modernization develooment for particular stages. It needs to be further improved.
