摘 要:以磺化聚醚砜(SPES)为支撑底膜,2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖(HACC)水溶液为表面活性层的铸膜液,采用涂敷法制备了HACC/SPES复合纳滤膜。考察了HACC浓度、浸涂时间、干燥温度和时间对膜性能的影响,优化了制膜条件。在优化条件下,复合膜的纯水通量为25.8L/(m2.h),膜对PEG1000的截留率为90%,对盐的截留率低至百分之十以下,该膜可望应用于盐与有机物的分离。A new kind of the quaternized chitosan/sulphonated polyether sulphone composite nanofiltration membrane was prepared by coating the solution of quaternized chitosan on sulphonated polyether sulphone support membrane. The influences of preparing conditions, such as the concentrations of HACC, coating time, heat treatment temperature and time etc. on the performance of HACC/SPES membrane were systematically investigated. The preparing conditions of HACC/SPES membrane were optimized. The experimental results showed that under the operating pressure of 0. 4MPa, the water flux through the HACC/SPES membrane was 25.8 L · m^-2 · h^-1, while the rejection to PEG1000 was 90. 2%. The rejection to the four salts was less than 10%. This membrane can be used in separating organics and salt mixture solution.
