摘 要:中央电视台CCTV主楼两个塔身双向倾斜、高位超大悬臂的建筑造型特征使得结构根部产生显著倾覆弯矩,并产生基础不均匀沉降。为保证施工方案的顺利实施并监控基础的安全性,采用静力水准方法每日监测关键测控点的相对沉降;并用光学水准对整个基础沉降进行定期、全面测量。两种监测方法有机结合,有效和准确地反映了基础沉降变化过程及基础变形规律,施工期间整个基础沉降量小、两个塔身基础倾斜值在规范限值范围内。The significant overturning moment would be caused at the bottom of CCTV main tower structure due to the unique architecture appearance, two bidirectional leaning towers and a huge cantilever at the top. Differential settlement of the foundation would be caused by the moment. To secure the safety of the foundation and the construction process, settlement monitoring is essential. Hydro-static and optical leveling surveying methods were used, the former for monitoring the relative settlement at the key points every day, and the latter for monitoring total settlement periodically. Two methods combined closely, monitoring results can be achieved effectively and accurately. It showed that the foundation settlement was small and the inclination settlement of foundation under the two sub-towers was lower than the limit of the specification.
