摘 要:目的:建立超声波提取红毛七多糖的最佳工艺。方法:以多糖提取率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验对红毛七多糖的超声提取工艺进行优选。考察了料液比、超声波提取温度、提取时间及提取功率对红毛七多糖提取率的影响。结果:料液比和超声波功率对红毛七多糖提取率的影响起主要作用,超声提取的最佳工艺为:红毛七料液比1∶20,超声波功率为70W,提取温度为65℃,超声波提取时间70m in。结论:该方法简便、准确、高效,在此工艺条件下多糖的提取率达13.67%。Objective:To establish the optimal ultrasonic procedure for extracting polysaccharides from Caulophyllum robusutm Maxim.Methods: The optimal conditions of extraction process for polysaccharides from Caulophyllum robusutm Maxim.were selected by evaluating the extractive yield of polysaccharides as marks by orthogonal experimental design,investigating the ratio of solid to liquid,and extracting temperature,time and power.Results: The most important factors were the ratio of solid to liquid and extracting power.The optimal procedure was that Caulophylhtm robusutm Maxim. was extracted with ultrasonic technology at solid-liquid ration of 1 : 20, extracting power of 70 W, extracting temperature of 65℃ and extracting time of 70min. Conclusion: The optimal procedure for extracting polysaccharides from Caulophyllum robusutm Maxim. is simple, accurate and highly efficient with the polysaccharides yield of 13.67%.
