摘　　要：文章以湖南祁阳县羊角塘镇为例,以调查报告的形式反映当地女劳动力所在村子的类型、自身的状况、工作的类型及待遇、工作转移的情况、获取工作的途径、对工作的期望值、外来女工的竞争及对劳动权益保障的看法等多项内容。文章对农村女劳动力的就业与转移现状进行研究,了解问题的所在,以更好地提升农村女劳动力资源的合理开发。This paper, taking the form of a survey report, with Yangjiaotang Town of Qiyang County in Hunan Province as the case study object, is an attempt to sketch the present situation of female labor forces in China＇s rural areas, including types of the villages they are from, proper conditions of the female workers, categories of their jobs and payment concerned, job transfer, means of obtaining jobs, expectations on the job, competition from non-native female workers and viewpoints of labor rights protection. By studying the present condition of employment as well as job transfer concerning female labor forces in the rural areas, we are able to locate the exact point where problems arise, hence a better improvement and more reasonable development of female labor forces in the rural area.
