摘　　要：关于政府行为与养老保障的现有研究主要集中于政府行为与基本社会养老保险的关系,而家庭养老与政府行为关系的研究,有利于巩固我国已有的家庭养老保障,有着重要的理论价值与实践意义。文章研究表明,政府行为对家庭养老的产生和发展都有着重要作用;我国政府应勇于承担在家庭养老中的行为责任;政府强化家庭养老的行为具有综合性特点。There are being full of the research findings which bring into focus on the connection between the behaviors of the government and social endowment. However, it is great subject about the research on the relation between the behaviors of the government and endowment by families, Which could promote the system of the endowment by families in our country. The paper indicates that the behaviors of the government are important for both the origin and development of the endowment by families, and our country should take persona/ responsibility about the endowment by families, and it is insignificant to consolidate endowment by families in the world, and the behaviors of the government are integrative.
