葛根素对乙醇中毒心脏的干预研究

摘　　要：目的观察葛根素对急性乙醇中毒心脏的干预作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法蟾蜍24只,雌雄兼有,随机分为乙醇组、葛根素组和正常对照组,每组8只。结果与乙醇组相比:葛根素组心率减慢(P<0.05),心肌收缩幅度增大(P<0.05),心肌ATP酶和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量增多(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量减少(P<0.05)。结论急性乙醇中毒可以导致心肌酶和心肌结构的改变;葛根素对急性乙醇中毒离体心脏有干预作用,可部分缓解急性乙醇中毒对心脏的损伤,对心脏有保护作用。[Objectives] The intervention of puerarin on the alcoholism heart, and discuss the mechanism of puerarin. [Methods] 24 toads, without sex limitation, were randomly divided into 3 groups, the ethanol group, puerarin group, and the control group. Each Group has 8 toads. [Results] Compared with the alcohol group： the heart rate of the puerarin group became slower （P 〈0.05）, the myocardial contractive amplitude increased （P 〈0.05）, the ATP enzyme and superoxide dismutase （SOD） increased（P 〈0.05）, malondialdehyde （MDA） reduced （P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion ] Acute alcoholism can make changes on myocardial enzyme and the myocardial structure. Puerarin can partially alleviate the effect of ethanol on the isolated toad＇s contractive amplitude and can influence the amount of myocardial enzyme. It has protective effect to the heart of acute alcoholism.
