经皮激光汽化减压术联合臭氧介入治疗腰椎间盘突出症

摘　　要：目的评价经皮穿刺椎间盘激光汽化减压术(percutaneous laser disc decompression,PLDD)联合臭氧介入治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法本组106例腰椎间盘突出在CT定位下,全部行半导体激光汽化减压联合臭氧注射治疗。术后随访3～18个月,以Macnab标准评定疗效。结果按照MACNAB标准评定,优69例,占65.1%;良32例,占30.2%;可3例,占2.8%;差2例,占1.9%,优良率达95.3%,较我院单用PLDD治疗提高约9.3%。结论应用PLDD联合臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有优势互补,能明显提高治疗效率,可作为治疗腰椎间盘突出症的首选方案。[ Objective ] To evaluate the clinical effect of percutaneous laser disc decompression （PLDD） combined with ozone injection on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. [ Methods ] 106 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc had been treated through semiconductor laser disc decompression and combined with ozone injection in this group. The patients were followed up for 3-18 months and the clinical effects were evaluated according to Macnab standard. [Results] According to Maenab standard, the clinical evaluation results were excellent in 69 cases （65.1%）, good in 32 cases （30.2%）, fair in 3 cases （2.8%） and poor in 2 cases （1.9%）. The choiceness rate was 95.3%. [ Conclusion ] The therapy effective power of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc could enhance obviously, under applying percutaneous laser disc decompression combine with ozone injection, which of them have mutual complement of advantages, and they would be the perfer setup for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc therapy.
