摘　　要：当前我国足球职业化改革正面临着诸多问题和严峻挑战。这种局面的出现与我们对其中一些事关改革全局的基本问题的认识不清有着密切关系。这些问题主要包括:足球职业化改革的目标定位问题,足球职业化改革的动力获取问题,职业俱乐部、联赛的产权归属问题,俱乐部、足球项目管理中心、中国足协三者性质及关系问题,足球职业化改革的效果评价问题以及如何认识足球职业化改革过程中出现的各种负面问题。对这些基本问题的再认识,不仅可以为进一步深化足球职业化改革提供必要的理论依据和认识基础,同时也将为我国体育整体改革的进一步深化提供重要的参考。At present, the football professionalization reforming faces some important problems and challenges. We didn＇t completely research these basic problems is the main course of this situation. The basic problems includes： the position of reforming target, the problem of reform motive obtaining, the problem of produce power relation, the property and relationship of CFA, the Football Administrator center and football clubs, the problem of how to evaluate the professionalization reform effect and how to understand the negative problems. Through studying the basic problems, we can provide theories basis to push football professionalization reform deeply, and also make reference to our sports whole reform deeply.
