摘 要:目的:观察中药对产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)和非产ESBLs菌株的抑菌效果,借此了解中药对两类细菌的抑菌作用是否存在差异,从而为产ESBLs感染的临床治疗寻求新的途径。方法:使用MicroScanWalkAway40全自动微生物分析仪及MicroScan NegCombo Panel Type31复合板进行细菌学鉴定和药敏试验;将12种中药制备成一定浓度的水煎液,用2倍微孔稀释法测定对产ESBLs和非产ESBLs临床株的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)、MIC_(50)和MIC_(90)。结果:12种中药对产ESBLs菌株和非产ESBLs菌株均有程度不同的抑菌作用,其中黄芩、五味子、石榴皮、连翘的抑菌作用最强;其次是黄连、青蒿、血藤、白芍、野菊花。结论:中药对产ESBLs和非产ESBLs菌株具有一定的抗菌作用,而且敏感性差异无显著性(P>0.05)。Objective To investigate the bacteriostatic effects of traditional Chinese medicine on ESBLs and non-ESBLs producing strains. Methods MicroScanWalkAway40 automatic microorganism analyzer and MicroScan NegCombo Panel Type31 were used for bacteriological identification and susceptibility test. The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC), MIC50, and MIC90 of different concentrations of 12 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine on ESBLs and non-ESBLs producing strains were evaluated by double-micropore dilution method. Results There were different levels of bacteriostatic effects on ESBLs and non-ESBLs producing strains of the 12 kinds of medicine, among which, Baical Skullcap Root, Chinese Magnolivine Fruit, Pomegranate Rind, and Weeping Forsythia Capsule had the most powerful effects, then were Golden Thread, Sweet Wormwood Herb, Henry Magnoliavine Stem or Root, White peony Alba, and Wild Chrysanthemum Flower. Conclusion All the 12 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine have bacteriostatic effects on ESBLs and non-ESBLs producing strains, and there are no significant differences in the sensitivity to ESBLs and non-ESBLs producing strains.
