摘　　要：随着钢铁工业信息化自动化技术的发展、RH工艺与技术设备的发展以及市场对生产优质超低碳钢的大量需求,RH真空精炼过程自动化控制技术研究、开发和应用在国内外也在蓬勃开展。文章对RH三级计算机自动化控制体系以及RH模型过程计算机控制系统的构成、应用和控制模型的功能等进行了综合研究。介绍了钢铁企业先进的信息化自动化理念、方案、技术。Along with development of automation technology information- based in iron and steel industry, the development of RH technology and technical equipment, and heavy demand of ultra - low - carbon steel with high quality in the market, the technical study, development, and application of automation control for RH vacuum refinement are developing vigorously at home and abroad. This article states a comprehensive research of formation, application, and function of con- trolling model for automatic control system of L3 computer and control system of RH model process computer. Also, it intro- duces advanced idea, scheme, and technique of automation and information - base in iron and steel enterprises.
