分段储备量浅析

摘　　要：在船舶建造过程中由于分段制造周期大于分段在船台的合拢周期，因此必须要有分段的储备，但这个储备量的定义和取值目前尚无科学依据。本文从时间－空间被占用的角度分析了分段堆场的使用情况，确立了较合理的分段储备量定义。During the ship construction, block storing is much necessary because of that block assembling spends more time than erecting. So far the definition and value of block reserves lack scientific proofs. In this paper, the block reserves is defined reasonably, with the consideration of various factors. Time is included in the defining formula of the block reserves, thus the formula expresses the occupied condition of block storing in view of time and space. The definition is more scientific, complete and practical.
