摘 要:以玉米秸秆为原料,采用微波加热-氯化锌活化法进行改性,探讨了吸附剂投加量、pH值、温度等因素对废水中Cu去除率的影响.结果表明,吸附剂对模拟废水中Cu的最高去除率可达90%以上;当pH值在5.0~6.0间、温度为30-35℃、吸附剂投加量为20g/L,吸附时间为60min时达最佳去除效果;等温吸附曲线可用Langmuir、Temkin和Freundlich模型拟合,前二者拟合较好.Adsorption of Cu from wastewater onto modified corn stalk impregnated with zinc chloride by microwave heating was investigated. The adsorption was studied by considering the effects of various parameters on the removal rate of Cu, such as pH, the dosage of absorbent and temperature. The results showed that the modified absorbent used in this study was efficient , with a removal ratio of Cu up to 90% or more. Optimum results of Cu removal were obtained with a pH of 5.0-6.0, at 30-35℃ and with an adsorbent dosage of 20g/L and an adsorption time of 60 min. The Langmuir,. Temkin and Freundlich equations can describe the absorption characteristics of Cu, the Langmuir and Temkin equations being better.
