摘 要:对103份高粱种质资源在发芽期进行耐盐性鉴定。结果表明,随着盐浓度的升高,发芽率、发芽势呈现出下降的趋势。不同品种(系)间的耐盐能力存在着明显的差异,按盐害百分率分级,1级品种(相对盐害率<20%)11份,3级品种(相对盐害率20%~40%)27份,5级品种(相对盐害率40%~60%)32份,7级品种(相对盐害率60%~80%)18份,9级品种(相对盐害率≥80%)14份。其中芽期耐盐性强(耐盐级别3级以上)的高粱品种38份,占供试材料的36.8%。Seed germination was investigated on 103 sorghum seed samples through simulating salt stress designed at different salinity levels. The results indicated that with the increasing of salt stress, all materials showed a decrease to various extents in germination rate and germination potential. Salt tolerance of cultivars was significantly different. 103 sorghum varieties were classified based on relative salt-injury rate. 11 of them were fallen in first-level tolerance, 27 in third-level tolerance, 32 of them in fifth-level tolerance, 18 in seventh-level tolerance, and 14 in ninth-level tolerance. And 38 varieties with high salt tolerance (relative saltinjury rate less than 40 % ) ,account for 36.8% in studied materials.
