摘　　要：简要介绍了南京新南宇玻璃有限公司在压花玻璃生产线退火窑高温段上用熔融石英陶瓷辊替代耐热钢辊的应用情况,参照压花玻璃生产的有关现状,对使用机理和效果进行了分析和对比,并介绍了石英陶瓷辊的性能特点及其在压花玻璃行业的应用前景。The aspect of substituting heat-resistant steel rollers by fused-silica ones at high temperature zone of patterned glass lehr in Nan-jing Xin-nan-yu glass Co.,Ltd.was presented and the mechanism and effect of fused-silica rollers were analyzed and compared referring to present status of patterned glass production. Performance and characteristics as well as future market of the fused silica rollers were also discussed.
