摘  要:对173份国产烤烟样品总灰分含量进行了测定,并对总灰分含量与烤烟感官质量之间的关系进行了分析.结果表明:不同产区烤烟总灰分含量差异极显著,烤烟总灰分含量表现为河南>贵州>山东>云南>四川>福建.不同部位烤烟总灰分含量差异极显著,表现为下部叶>中部叶>上部叶.不同厚度、油分、色度的烤烟总灰分含量差异极显著,随着烟叶厚度的增加,总灰分含量呈降低的趋势;油分越多,总灰分含量越低;色度越强,烟叶总灰分含量越低.烤烟总灰分含量与香气质、香气量、杂气、评吸总分、刺激性和余味呈显著或极显著负相关.The contents of total ash in the 173 flue-cured tobacco leaves of China were measured, and the relationship between the contents of total ash and smoking quality was analysed. The results showed that the contents of total ash in the flue-cured tobacco leaves had significant difference among different production areas, and the contents of total ash showed the trend of Henan 〉 Guizhou 〉 Shandong 〉 Yunnan 〉 Sichuan 〉 Fujian for different production areas. The contents of total ash in the flue-cured tobacco leaves had significant difference among different positions, the contents of total ash showed the trend of lower leaves 〉 cutters 〉 upper leaves for different positions. The contents of total ash of flue-cured tobacco leaves of oil andcolour intensity were different significantly. The contents of total ash decreased with leaf identity from thin to heavy, leaf oil from lean to rich,with leaf colour intensity from pale to deep. The contents of total ash had significant or mostly significant negative conelation with aroma quality, aroma quantity, offensive odor, total score, irritation property and after taste.
