长鞭红景天地上部分形态多样性研究

摘　　要：为了解高寒植物长鞭红景天(Rhodiola fastigiata)形态性状与环境间的关系,笔者对分布于西藏色季拉山的定位站阳坡、雷达站、观景台和山口4个样点的长鞭红景天地上部分的叶长、叶宽、叶长/叶宽、主轴基径、株高、分枝数、花茎环数、花茎数、花茎长9个形态指标进行了比较分析。结果表明,定位站样点长鞭红景天的叶长最长(13.75 mm)、叶长/叶宽比最大(6.74)、株高最高(15.54 cm)、叶宽最小(2.09 mm)、主轴基径最小(0.75 cm)、花茎环最少(6.38个)、花茎数最少(9.63枝)、花茎长最短(9.82 cm),观景台的叶宽最大(2.78 mm)、花茎长最长(11.15 cm);雷达站的主轴基径最大(1.12 cm)、分枝最多(4.71枝)、花茎环最多(13.16个)、花茎数最多(30.57枝);山口的叶长最短(10.63 mm)、叶长/叶宽比最小(4.33)、株高最低(11.63 cm)、分枝最少(3.46枝)。F检验发现,叶长、叶宽、叶长/叶宽、花茎长在4个样点中的差异不显著,而主轴基径、株高、分枝数、花茎环数和花茎数差异表现极显著。多重比较分析表明,表现出差异极显著的5个形态指标在部分两两样点的比较中也表现出极显著的差异。To elucidate the relationship between morphological characters of Rhediola fastigiata and environment, nine morphological parameter of R. fastigiata including leaf length, leaf width, leaf length/width, stem diameter, plant height, branch number, scape ring number, scape number, and scape length were investigated in north slope of research station, radar station, watch platform and sejila mountain in the current work. The results are summarized as follows： the morphological character of above - ground part of R. fastigiata was diverse in different plots. In the north slope of re- search station, leaf length, leaf length/width, and plant height demonstrated the maximum, however, leaf width, stem diameter, scape ring number, scape number, and scape length get their minimum in this slope. The other parameters also varied amont the other three plots. No obvious difference in leaf length, leaf width, leaf length/width and scape length were investigated in four plots, conversely significant differences were obtained in the other five parameters among four plots.
