摘  要:采用高效液相色谱法,使用SunFireTMC18不锈钢色谱柱和紫外检测器,以乙腈∶水(80∶20,v/v)为流动相,流速1.2 mL.min-1,在240 nm波长下,对仲丁灵乳油进行定量分析测定。结果表明,仲丁灵的线性相关系数为0.9998;标准偏差为0.021;变异系数为0.06%;平均回收率为99.6%。该方法操作简便、快速、准确,重现性好,可供仲丁灵乳油质量控制用。The quantitative analysis method of butralin in emulsifiable concentrate was developed by Wasters 600E High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) consisting Waters 2487 ultraviolet absorbance detector in the current case. The analytical column was a SunFireTM C18 column, 150 ×4.6 mm. The mobile phase was acetonitrile -water (80: 20, v/v) at a flow rate of 1.2 mL·min^-1. The wavelength of detector was set at 240 nm. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of the analytical method for butralin was 0.999 8, and the standard deviation was 0. 021. The coefficient of variation was 0.06% , and the average recovery ratio was 99.6%. The method was proved to be simple, rapid, precise, and reproducible, and can be used for quality detection of butralin in emulsifiable concentrate.
