摘 要:为了探索润湿性对低渗透油层采收率的影响,利用不同的化学处理液对人造及天然岩心进行处理后制备了润湿性不同的实验用岩心,并在室内进行了驱油实验.实验结果表明:对人造和天然低渗透岩心,接触角分别为67.17°和69.77°72.60°(弱水湿)时水驱采收率最高;接触角分别为100.78°和81.68°-85.48°(中间润湿)时聚表二元驱(400mg/L的聚合物+0.1%质量浓度的BS13活性剂)提高采收率幅度最高.润湿性对低渗透岩心水驱采收率比对二元驱的影响大;不同渗透率岩心水驱采收率最大值所对应的接触角值有区别,润湿性对中高渗岩心水驱采收率影响大,对低渗岩心影响小.In order to study the effect of reservoir rock wettability on oil recovery factor of low permeability oil reservoir,the artifficial and natural cores are treated with different chemical liquids and become the experimental cores of different wettability for oil displacement experiments.The experimental results show that:the weak water-wet artificial cores and natural cores have the highest water-flooding recovery factor when their contact angle is 67.17° and 69.77°~72.60° respectively;when the contact angle artificial cores and natural cores are 100.78° and 81.68°~85.48° respectively,their surfactant-polymer oil displacement efficiency(0.1% mass concentration BS13 surfactant+400 mg/L polymer) is the highest.The effect of wettability on the water flooding recovery factor of low-permeability cores is greater than that on the surfactant-polymer flooding recovery factor of low permeability cores;the corresponding contact angle to the maximal water flooding recovery factor of the cores of different permeability is different,and the effect of wettability on the water flooding recovery factor of the medium-high permeability cores is greater than that of the low permeability cores.
