摘  要:葡萄球菌已成为目前引起化脓性感染的重要病原菌,大环内酯类、林可霉素类、链阳霉素B类合称为MLSB抗菌药物,被广泛应用于临床治疗葡萄球菌的感染,尤其是克林霉素常被作为对青霉素过敏或耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌的首选替代药物。随着高效广谱抗菌药物的广泛使用,大环内酯类药物已呈现较高的耐药性,而且诱导型克林霉素耐药已引起国外学者的关注。本文综述了国内10余所医院红霉素诱导克林霉素对葡萄球菌的耐药现况、机制及检测方法。Staphylococcus has become the important pathogen that causes the pyogenic infection recently. Macrolide, lincosamide,streptogramin B are together called MLSB antimicrobial drugs, which have been widely used in the clinical treatment of Staphylococcus infection. In particular,Clindamycin is often used to treat penicillin allergy or the methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus infection. With the wide use of the high- performance and broad-spectrum antimicrobial drugs,macrolide drugs have had the higher drug resistance. And some foreign scholars have paid attention to the inducible the Clindamycin resistance. This paper summarizes erythromycin induced clindamycin resistance, mechanism and detection methods for Staphylococcus in more than ten China hospitals.
