摘  要:根据地层可钻性特点、地层岩性特征,以现有的PDC钻头技术、低固相钻井液使用、丛式井开发配套技术为基本出发点,结合以往在该地区钻头使用记录、钻井液资料、地层等情况进行分析对比,对PDC钻头优化效果、无固相钻井液现场施工、丛式井现场试验效果进行了分析评价,通过现场应用综合效益评价,证明了优化钻井技术的应用,提高了钻井速度,缩短了建井周期,降低了钻井开发成本,真正实现了"优质、安全、高效、低耗"的钻井施工目的。Sulige gas field in Eastern development of the low-cost development should always adhere to the guiding ideology,from the beginning of the development on the adherence to the"relying on science and technology,innovative mechanisms to simplify the exploitation and taking the low -cost development path of"ideas,formed a PDC bit optimization,all well The use of low solid-phase drilling,directional well(cluster wells)) development as the core technology supporting the optimization of drilling.Based on the formation of classification can be drilled,formation lithology to the existing PDC bit technology,without the use of solid -phase drilling fluid,cluster wells supporting the development of technology as the basic starting point,with the past,the use of bits in the region to use records,Drilling,formation,and so on a comparative analysis of the PDC bit drilling parameter optimization effect,no solid-phase drilling site construction,cluster wells field test analysis and evaluation of the effects,through on-site evaluation of comprehensive benefits that the Optimization of drilling technology applications and improve the speed of drilling,well built to shorten the cycle and reduce the cost of development drilling,truly a"high-quality,safe,efficient,low power consumption"the purpose of drilling.
