摘　　要：目的探讨LAVH的临床应用价值。方法将我院2008年1月-12月期间,所行LAVH与MAH进行回顾性比较研究。结果LAVH是腹腔镜技术与阴式手术的结合。腹腔镜下手术,既有开腹手术清晰的视野,又可避免阴道手术不能全面探查盆腔情况所带来的弊端。结论LAVH具有损伤小、恢复快、住院时间短等优点,值得在妇科推广应用。Objective To investigate clinical application value of the laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy （LAVH）,Methods The date of LAVH and MAH in our hospital from January to December 2008 were studied retrospectively. Results LAVH was a laparoscopic technique and the combination of vaginal surgery. Laparoscopic surgery not only have a clear vision, but have been avoided vaginal pelvic operarion can not be brought about by the situation disadvantages. Conclusion LAVH with less injury,quick recovery and short hospital slay and is woth to widely use in Gynecology.
