摘  要:从表现产蛋异常的蛋鸭中分离到1株病毒,经血凝抑制试验(HI)和聚合酶链反应(PCR)方法鉴定为H9N2亚型禽流感病毒。在GenBank中,BLAST分析扩增的该病毒3个基因片段表明,该株病毒与1996年中国山东鸡H9N2亚型禽流感病毒(A/chicken/Shandong/6/96(H9N2))各相应的基因片段同源性最高,均为99%,所扩增的3个片段均为禽源H9N2亚型禽流感病毒的相应基因片段。对HA基因的遗传进化分析表明,该病毒与参考毒株(A/CK/BJ/94)处于同一进化分支上。A virus strain was isolated from samples of oviduct mucosa of breeder duck, which showed irregularity and reduction in egg-laying. The virus was identified as an H9N2 subtype avian influenza virus by hemagglutination inhibition test and polymerase chain reaction. Analyzed by BLAST in GenBank database, the three products of the PCR were all share 99% similarity with those of strain A/chicken/Shandong/6/96(H9N2), and the three genes fragment were all derived from the genes pool of H9N2 subtype avian influenza viruses. The phylogenetic analysis of HA gene showed that the fragment of the isolate was similar to that of the A/CK/BJ/94 lineage of H9N2 viruses.
