摘　　要：目前我国商业信用票据化的主要形式——商业承兑汇票由于存在五大功能缺陷而日渐萎缩。该文通过借鉴美国商业票据发展经验,在我国票据市场发展的基础上,提出了扩展和完善商业票据功能的思路,并提出了商业信用票据化的推进方式和风险防范措施。Though the main paper form of China＇s commercial credits, commercial acceptance bill is now gradually shrinking owing to its five major limitations. Taking into account experiences from US commercial papers and development of China＇s commercial paper market, this article suggests an idea for expanding and completing functions of commercial papers, and provides an approach for applying commercial credits as notes and points out some anti-risk measures.
