摘　　要：总结了57例后鼻孔填塞术患者的术后不适症状,主要有鼻部胀痛、口咽部干燥、口臭、溢泪、呼吸不畅、晕厥、焦虑,其发生与鼻腔填塞物刺激、精神因素及患者的耐受性有关。认为采取有效的心理干预及口、眼、鼻部护理,可缓解患者的痛苦,有利于患者的康复。The discomfort symptoms of 57 patients after postnasal packing were summarized,including the swelling of the nose, oropharynx xersis,halitosis,epiphora,poor breathing,syncope,and anxiety. It was considered that the reasons of these discomfort symptoms be related with stimulus of the nasal cavity stuffing, mental factors, and the patients＇ tolerance. It was concluded that effective psychological intervention and nursing of the oral cavity, eyes, and nasal cavity could help the patients alleviate their pain and better rehabilitate.
