摘　　要：主要论述摆动式燃烧器在制造中出现的摆动角度不到位、不灵活和卡死等疑难问题,并详细分析造成此问题产生的具体原因,同时制定工艺方案,提出工艺改进,采取相应措施,彻底消除由于摆动角度不灵活造成的返修浪费、影响交货期等情况,确保在不影响生产周期且节约制造费用的前提下,使其性能、质量得以充分保证,对摆动式燃烧器的进一步开发具有一定的意义。It is mainly illustrated that the exsiting problem and improving project in the vividing angle of burner. Analyze reason and technology scheme and technology improve are put forward and solution measures are taken in this paper. It assures the function and the quality of the parts without effecting making time and saving the cost of manufacturing. It may serve as a reference burner developing.
