摘　　要：防守必须遵循篮球防守原则,篮球防守原则是篮球防守理论和实践发展的必然,是篮球防守规律的反映,是实施成功防守的关键。基于全面认识篮球防守原则,并在防守实践中加以运用,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法,对篮球防守原则核心"以球为中心"和根本任务"以人为主"进行了论证,进而对篮球防守原则的构成因素及其相互关系进行了研究,提出了以球为中心、以人为主、人、球、区、时、篮五维一体的篮球防守原则,为篮球防守水平的提高提供理论与实践上的借鉴。The defense of basketball should follow the defensive principle. The principle is the trend to the development of defensive theory and practice, the reflection of defensive law, and the key to successive defense. In order to recognize and practice the defensive principle, by use of hterature, logical analysis method , the ball-oriented as the core of basketball defense and people-oriented principle of the fundamental tasks of the defense, thus the constituent dements and their interrelationships of defensive principle have been studied. And the ball-oriented , man-driven, man.basket .ball. zone.time are taken into the five-dimensional integration of the principles of basketball defense, in order to improve the level of Chinese basketball.
