摘　　要：叙述了闭式模锻工艺的实质、特点、方式及模具形式，列举了典型的闭式模具结构。阐述了用闭式模锻工艺代替开式模锻的优点，提出了模具设计的基本要求。Essence,characteristic,style and tool type of flashless die forging process are introduced,and the structural drawing of typical flashless die forging is also illustrated. The advantage of flashless die forging process instead of impression die forging process is described and basis requirement of die design is raised .
