摘　　要：通过对电磁纯铁锻造与冷成形性能的分析研究，给出了合理的锻造工艺，特别强调了要避开电磁纯铁的红脆与兰脆锻造温度区域。以汽车零件为例，对电磁纯铁的冷态塑性成形性能进行了有益的探讨。By the research on forging and cold forming performance of electromagnetism pure iron,the rational forging process is brought forth,it is specially emphasized to avoid the red brittleness and blue brittleness forging temperature range for the electromagnetism pure iron . Combining with the actual automotive parts, the plastic forming properties of the elecromagnetism pure iron in cold condition are approached also.
